Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes & Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. BACIUTY does not currently offer free shipping thresholds, but we are working to introduce this in future.

Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to all major destinations within South Africa, as well as select African countries. During checkout, you will be able to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.

For international deliveries outside South Africa, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through our courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the matter as promptly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of checkout. BACIUTY is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
